Dean Sullivan,

I hereby submit as my Ph.D dissertation "Project Orange Book." It's all on my web site at http://www.inviticus.com

You will find the projects I have submitted so far under the "astrophysis" and "aerospace" links. The "engineering" link has a completely new paper that is an investingation of a possible engineering basis for UFO's.

I know this will cause you to cringe. However, consider the fact that the "Disclosure Project" has gotten over 1 billion signatures so far to get the U.S. government to tell what it knows about UFO's. Also, consider that the Air Force's "Project Blue Book" has been funded to the tune of billions of dollars for fifty years now - and that funding must be approved by Congress.

You will find a wide range of evidence supporting the notion that UFO's are not of alien manufacture, but "Made in the U.S.A." In fact, in the introductory page on the web site you will see strong evidence that the harassment I have gotten from the Aerospace Department here at UT is a direct result of my investigations.

Perhaps, if you cannot accept that my research in technical areas is not reasonable; this new material in the areas of politics and psychology will make more sense to you. (I know a little about psychology; having been appointed to a Texas licensing board for school psychologists by then governor Bush.)

This whole project originally began a few years ago as a study of all the issues associated with a manned expedition to Mars - then the research lead into the UFO area, and things got quite bad threafter. You will find that, far from being a case of discrimination based upon my disability (as being investigated by Dr. Sanders at the Dean of Students Office); all of this began not long after I mentioned the third "engineering" paper to Dr.s Hull and Fowler.

I realize this is a controversial subject, but it seems a natural one for Aerospace Engineering. I have read there is a move underway in Hong Kong for the University there to award advanced degrees on research into UFO's. I realize this will never fly here at UT (no pun intended), but I will continue to promote my research on the web and to try and get as much support as I can, and comments from individuals around the world.

In any event, I formally request that this entire body of work be considered by your office as part of my appeal to dismissal from graduate school. With the exception of three of the small engineering computer programs, ALL of the material on this web site was created since my admittance to graduate school (including writing my two textbooks with McGraw-Hill.) So, as you can see, I may not have gotten any advising for the 40 hours of supervised graduate research classes I signed up for; but I did my part of the deal, and then some.

Regards,

Bill Clark, P.E.
