Good example. I had not thought of them, Though X-Files at least mixed it up by having non-ongoing conspiracy shows.

Never watched Millenium beyond the pilot.

 As I said: it's not so much having an on-going mystery. It is that not only are they obviously making it up as they go along but doing so so obviously. X-Files seemed to avoid at least the appearance of doing so. Plus they could poke fun at themselves.

 It is sort of what sank 'Dead Like Me'. It was painfully obvious they were making the rules of reaping up as they went along simply to suit their needs for a particular episode. Received on Mon Oct 01 2007 - 02:20:37 PDT
