There was no doubt at all; even non-lipreaders couldn't have missed it. I thought it was odd that they'd bleeped her, since she wasn't miked and I doubt anyone would have heard her, but my guess is they bleeped her because of the reasonable fear that somebody would *claim* they'd heard her.
