Sure. I'm sure there were at least 2 before Field, Romano being the first one. I can't remember what the second was though.

I wonder if Heigl got muted on the east coast? Maybe the 'cut away to the birds eye view' was done on the fly, and Heigl got through on the east coast feed but somebody decided to mute her on the west coast feed?
