Even if one was to acknowledge your point that *effectively* if we elect one, we elect both, the fact -- and this is fact, not opinion -- is that *legally* they are two different people, and the fact that one of them served two terms as President does not prohibit the other one from doing so at a later date.

Whether you like her or not, Hillary Clinton meets all the required criteria of a valid candidate. The only way to change that would be to amend the Constitution.
