Not irrelevant at all.

Based on what? If they are two different people, they are two different people, and it doesn't matter how many terms Bill has served when it comes to Hillary's eligibility.

The thing is, the LAW states that they are legally two separate people in all other things: both of them get to vote, if only one is convicted of a crime, both of them don't go to jail,

There is nothing in the law that prohibits Hillary from running for President because Bill has already served the legal maximum of terms.

Even if you got a judge who was sympathetic to your argument, and made a decision in your favor, you know what you'd have? An activist judge, which you rightwingnuts hate.

Tell you what...talk to some lawyers. Tell them you want to file a suit against Hillary enjoining her from running for President for the reasons you state. See what they tell you.

I'm willing to bet you'll come across two types of lawyers: those who think you're a fool and tell you to go home and forget about it, and those who think you're a fool but will happily take your money anyways.
