2 Min. Breakfast! Yum!

Date: Sun, 01 Jun 2008 07:57:12 -0700 I rarely eat breakfast during the work week. I am up at 5 a.m., hit the gym for an hour, shower and dress at the gym, then head to work. A couple of cups of coffee and I'm good until lunch. *But* by the time I get to lunch, I am ravenous and would eat the tablecloth, napkins and menu if not served fast enough :-)
What to do, what to do...I can't eat before I work out and I
absolutely cannot stand 99% of fast food "breakfasts," frozen
